Please note:

  • Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
  • Orders placed after business hours may begin processing the following business day.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Shipping Methods

Elevè8 Beauty ships through trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and other available delivery services.

Shipping speed and pricing are calculated at checkout based on:

  • shipping method selected

For security purposes, all Elevè8 Beauty deliveries require a signature upon delivery. This policy is in place to help protect both our customers and our business from fraud, theft, lost packages, and unauthorized claims. By placing an order with Elevè8 Beauty, customers acknowledge and agree that a signature may be required at the time of delivery. Elevè8 Beauty is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or missing after a confirmed signed delivery has been completed by the shipping carrier.

Elevè8 offers local delivery within select areas of Los Angeles.

Local Delivery Details

  • Same-day and scheduled delivery may be available depending on order time and location.
  • Local delivery orders must be placed through our website.
  • Delivery availability may vary based on distance, traffic, weather, or driver availability.

Customers will receive updates regarding local delivery scheduling and confirmation when applicable.


Tracking Information

Once your order ships, tracking details will be sent to the email provided at checkout.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment confirmation.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is accurate before completing checkout.

Elevè8 Beauty is not responsible for:

  • delays caused by incorrect addresses
  • lost packages due to customer entry errors
  • returned shipments caused by invalid address information

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Elevè8 Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier.

If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate your package, we recommend:

  • checking around your delivery location

Customers may also file a claim directly with the carrier if applicable.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will review the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution.
